MoTak ECM1200 Description
The MoTak ECM1200 electric cheese melter features a metal heating element in a heavy-duty stainless steel body. The four slotted sides provide multiple positions depending on the use, while the infinite controls enable precise time control. Each side of the rack is fitted with cool-to-touch bakelite handles for safe, secure control, and for added stability, the unit sits on four nonslip rubber feet.
