MoTak MDC26-X Description
Durable to support heavy use, the MoTak MDC26-X ice cream freezer?s exterior and interior are constructed of corrosion-resistant white aluminum. Its top is made of stainless steel for additional strength, and it?s fitted with a viewing window to provide guests with a clear view of their ice cream selections. To further improve visibility, the interior is illuminated with LED lighting. Featuring six racks, this unit can accommodate (20) 3-gallon ice cream tubs and comes with tub holders as well as night covers.
Using a precise temperature control system, operators can adjust the temperature of the MoTak MDC26-X ice cream dipping cabinet between -10 and -5 degrees Fahrenheit. Its condenser coil is accessible to simply cleaning and maintenance, and this model uses R290 refrigerant?a hydrocarbon that is more environmentally conscious than traditional options. So operators can transport it between locations, it?s mounted on 3-inch swivel casters, and overall, it measures 67.25 inches wide by 27.75 inches deep by 52.25 inches high.
