MoTak MCBR36-D-X Description
The MoTak MCBR36-D-X chef base is constructed of durable stainless steel and fitted with four heavy-duty swivel casters. The top of the unit features a marine edge, which contains spills for simplified cleanup at the end of the business day. The unit’s condenser is mounted on the side for easy maintenance, and it features an electronic control system. The refrigeration system utilizes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant ? which is eco-friendly and energy efficient. The refrigerated chef base has a temperature range of 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit designed to keep the contained food items safely chilled.
The MoTak MCBR36-D-X chef base has two drawers equipped with heavy-duty sliders designed to withstand frequent use. These draws can accommodate standard sixth-size gastronorm pans to provide storage for foods and precut ingredients that need to be refrigerated. Including its heavy-duty swivel casters, the unit is 363/8 inches wide, 321/8 inches deep, and 257/8 inches tall.
