MoTak MCBR60-D-X Description
The MoTak MCBR60-D-X chef base is constructed of stainless steel, which provides the unit with durability and resistance to corrosion. To match, the back is made of aluminum for added strength. The top of the base sports a marine-style edge that creates stability for additional equipment for safe stacking on top of the base. The chef base is supported by heavy-duty swivel casters that withstand frequent and rough use, providing mobility to the unit. It has two large drawers designed to hold food items that must be kept cold; it can accommodate standard sixth-size gastronorm pans for additional organizing.
The condenser on the MoTak MCBR60-D-X chef base is side-mounted for easy access and maintenance. It features electronic controls that regulate the internal temperature of the unit. The base’s refrigeration system uses the R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to hold internal temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The hydrocarbon refrigerant is also eco-friendly and energy efficient. The unit measures 60 inches wide by 321/8 inches deep by 257/8 inches tall.
