Constructed of durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel, the MoTak FG16 electric griddle is ideal for compact locations or establishments needing to produce low volumes of food. The cooking surface measures 151/2 inches long by 16 inches wide and can be set at a level between 120 and 570 degrees Fahrenheit. The 3-inch backsplash reduces mess and helps retain heat, while the user-friendly controls sit beside the removable grease tray.
