MoTak FW43 Description
The MoTak FW43 countertop food warmer is constructed of durable stainless steel that’s resistant to rust and corrosion. It’s designed for use with wet foods and has an opening that measures 12 inches long by 27 inches wide. It measures 141/2 inches wide by 291/2 inches deep by 81/2 inches high. The interior well is heavy-duty 20-gauge, 18/8 stainless steel that can be wiped clean as needed.
The MoTak FW43 countertop food warmer is electric and controlled with a dial that enables the unit to maintain food temperatures above 140 degrees Fahrenheit. It’s made for use in catering and buffet situations, and while it’s designed to keep cooked food warm, it shouldn’t be used to cook food. Its element is supported with steel to promote even heating throughout.
