MoTak FF50NG Description
The MoTak FF50NG economy fryer operates on LP gas and features millivolt controls to control the temperature range from 200 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. These controls reduce electric utility costs, as the control system is powered by heat from the fryer with no external electrical source needed. The unit measures 151/2 inches wide by 30 inches deep and is mostly made of stainless steel.
With a capacity of 50 pounds, the MoTak FF50NG gas fryer is ideal for cooking specialty items such as breaded cheeses, vegetables, and meat. The fry tank is made of stainless steel and features a cool-zone design to keep particles from burning. For ease of changing oil, a drain extension is included to sync up with the grease trap on the floor.
