MoTak MHP-F-I-C Description
Crafted to heat and proof, the MoTak MHP-F-I-C holding cabinet has an aluminum construction to aid in heat absorption and transfer. This unit is paired with a clear door and full insulation, both of which work to maintain consistently warm or humid temperatures. Once the door is open, line cooks can place (36) 18-inch by 26-inch pans along the wire supports for sturdy placement during heating and proofing. This piece of equipment is mobile with four 5-inch casters and is paired with corner bumpers and two braking casters. It features LED lighting to heighten visibility during cook times.
The MoTak MHP-F-I-C heated proofer and holding cabinet has a control door that can be used to adjust settings or be removed for cleaning. These settings fall under two modes?heating and proofing?which enables the unit to reach temperatures as high as 180 degrees Fahrenheit or climates with 30 to 50 percent humidity and 115-degree-Fahrenheit temperatures, respectively. This unit is paired with an LED thermometer to monitor cooking temperatures; it’s designed with a forced-air circulation system to help maintain these temperatures.
