A full-cube model ideal for casual restaurants and bars, the MoTak KT-MIF-360/KT-IB-310 ice machine and bin can produce as much as 373 pounds of ice per day. This amount is dependent on the ambient air temperature around the ice machine as well as the incoming water temperature; the higher these temperatures, the harder time the machine will have producing the maximum capacities. Designed for efficient installation and servicing, the air-cooled, self-contained condenser has all the components built in without needing additional water or refrigerant lines. The ice machine head has a digital controller and display screen, enabling operators to check the machine’s status, and it has automatic cleaning feature with a built-in bin overload prevention.

Great for low-volume production and storage, the MoTak KT-MIF-360/KT-IB-310 ice maker with bin can store 310 pounds of ice. The ice machine head supplies the bin with power for LED interior lighting, providing clear visibility when scooping. A scoop is included with the bin, along with a holder that mounts above the ice line for sanitation and contamination prevention. Because the interior is lined with polyethylene and the exterior is stainless steel, the ice maker head and bin are convenient to clean. It’s mounted on 6-inch adjustable legs, and, including the ice machine head, it measures 22 inches wide by 34 inches deep by 62²/₅ inches tall.
