With a maximum rate of 325 pounds per day in ideal conditions, the MoTak PKM0335FA-161 ice maker produces full-size cubes. This type melts slowly and is ideal for serving liquor on the rocks or specialty cocktails. If ambient temperatures are higher, it produces as much as 225 pounds in a 24-hour period. This unit operates with R410 refrigerant.
To facilitate cleaning, the MoTak PKM0335FA-161 ice machine is designed with an accessible food zone. For additional convenience and streamlined cleaning, its distribution pump, pump floats, water shield, and trough are removable. Its black exterior blends in unobtrusively in a variety of settings, and it resists harboring fingerprints or smudges to maintain a tidy appearance. Overall, this unit measures 30 inches wide by 241/2 inches deep by 211/2 inches high.
