The MoTak PKM0535SA-161 ice cube machine produces half-cube ice?a type of ice that nestles compactly in a glass, making it a good choice for chilling beverages such as water, soda, tea, and lemonade. It makes as much as 535 pounds of ice per day, enough ice to meet demand in a low- to medium-volume location, such as a small corner store or cafe. Measuring 30 inches wide by 241/2 inches deep by 211/2 inches high, this machine is compact and fits well into areas without much available space. No bin is included with this ice cube machine head; an ice storage container must be purchased separately.
To conceal marks, fingerprints, and stains, the MoTak PKM0535SA-161 ice machine head is constructed with a smudge-resistant, black exterior that blends well with most locations and maintains a clean appearance with minimal effort. Inside the unit, its food zone can be accessed quickly for cleaning purposes, reducing labor. Removable components include the ice maker’s water shield, distribution tube, pump floats, and trough.
