MoTak EPO1450 Description
Built with a stainless steel exterior, the MoTak EPO1450 countertop pizza oven is ideal for low-volume operations, such as behind a bar or in a cafe or coffee shop. The unit is pre-set to cook at 450 degrees Fahrenheit, and it’s on/off operation is controlled by a 30-minute timer. The upper and lower heating elements work together to heat the food for desired length of time. This unit features a 131/2-inch rack that accommodates 12-inch-diameter products as tall as 21/2 inches.
