MoTak MDCO-1-N Description
The heavy-duty MoTak MDCO-1-N single full-size convection oven offers a spacious interior measuring 29 inches by 26 inches by 20 inches. With this bakery depth, operators can add pans side to side or front to back. This cabinet comes with five racks, which are chrome plated, for added durability and shielding against corrosion. For housing small rotisseries, fried chicken, cookies, or muffins, these racks are adjustable in 11/2-inch increments for flexibility. Its interior flaunts a porcelain enamel finish, reducing the appearance of wear from intensive use. Because these double-sided doors feature double-pane thermal glass windows, they thoroughly lock in the heat to reduce energy consumption.
Once users open the doors fitted to the MoTak MDCO-1-N single full-size convertible gas convection oven, they trigger an interlock switch that shuts off the fans and burners; this unit can be manually shut off with the control panel. This control panel also features a cook timer, which provides a 60-minute range. Users can adjust this unit from 150 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit, and the temperature-ready indicator light communicates when the unit has reached the set level. This unit’s front, sides, and top are made of durable stainless steel, and this unit measures 38 inches wide by 431/2 inches deep by 547/10 inches high and sits on adjustable bullet feet.
