The MoTak PGSS14 single panini press features upper and lower smooth cast iron plates controlled by the manual control knob. The temperature ranges from 120 to 570 degrees Fahrenheit, and the plates? cast iron construction provides strength for pressing sandwiches and uniform heat distribution. This grill has a 131/4-inch-wide by 91/4-inch-deep cooking surface. The unit’s body is made of stainless steel and comes with a cleaning brush and oil tray for easy cleanup.
