MoTak ERC50 Description
Featuring a 50-cup capacity, the MoTak ERC50 electric rice cooker/warmer is ideal for high-volume locations such as buffets, hibachi, and more. The exterior is made of corrosion-resistant aluminum, and the unit is fitted with a stainless steel lid to help retain warmth. The simple controls consist of two indicator lights, and it features a “cook” mode and “warm” mode controlled by a power switch. For convenience, the cooker comes with an oversized plastic scoop and clear plastic measuring cup.
