MoTak FSSH1800 Description
Ideal for low-volume steaming applications, the MoTak FSSH1800 pan portion steamer features a countertop design measuring 163/4 inches wide, 171/4 inches deep, and 81/2 inches high. It includes a half-sized perforated pan for convenience. The unit is operated via the rocker power switch and start button. Preheating takes 30 minutes and will warm to 212 degrees Fahrenheit. The unit can be used to retherm cold, precooked food. Its stainless steel exterior provides durability, and the powder-coated top integrates with other pieces of equipment.
