Holding product at temperatures between -10 and -5 degrees Fahrenheit, the MoTak MDC18-X ice cream freezer operates with environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Its stainless steel top is equipped with a viewing window to enable product visibility, and LED interior lighting further improves product visibility. Featuring four racks, it accommodates (12) 3-gallon ice cream tubs. To facilitate transportation, it?s mounted on 3-inch swivel casters, and overall, this unit measures 47 inches wide by 27.75 inches deep by 52.25 inches deep.
To offer defense against corrosion, the MoTak MDC18-X ice cream dipping cabinet?s interior and exterior are white aluminum. Operators can adjust the temperature with a precise electronic controls system, and it includes ice cream tub holders with night covers. To simplify cleaning and maintenance, this unit?s condenser coil is accessible.
