It features two transparent hinged lids with full-length handles, and because its top is stainless steel, it can withstand rigorous use without scratching, rusting, or corroding. For additional corrosion resistance, the unit?s remainder is constructed of white aluminum, and to expedite cleaning and maintenance, its condenser coil is accessible.

Enabling users to transport it for service or cleaning, the MoTak MDC35-X ice cream freezer is mounted on 3-inch swivel casters. The temperature can be adjusted from -10 to -5 degrees Fahrenheit using an electronic temperature controls system, and it?s an eco-friendly unit because it cools with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. It comes with tub holders and night covers, and overall, it measures 88.63 inches wide by 27.75 inches deep by 52.25 inches high.
