MoTak MCBR84-D-X Description
The MoTak MCBR84-D-X chef base is constructed of stainless steel for long-lasting durability and resistance to corrosion damage; its back is made of aluminum to match its industrial appearance. Its large size measures 84 inches wide by 321/8 inches deep by 257/8 inches tall and has four drawers to store ingredients that need to be kept cold. Furthermore, the drawers can accommodate 10 aspect-ratio gastronorm pans for additional organizing. Six heavy-duty swivel casters make the chef base mobile and allow the user to reconfigure their floorplan as needed.
Because the MoTak MCBR84-D-X chef base is designed to support other kinds of kitchen equipment stacked on top of it, it features a marine edge which creates stability for the stacked equipment. The refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant?an energy-efficient and environmentally friendly refrigerant with minimal impact on the ozone layer. The condenser is side mounted so it can be easily accessed for maintenance and cleaning.
