MoTak FF40LP Description
Ideal for preparing battered foods such as mozzarella sticks and jalapeno poppers, the MoTak FF40LP gas fryer has an oil capacity of 40 pounds. The fry tank is made of stainless steel, as are other external components such as the access door. The millivolt control knob inside the cabinet enables operators to adjust the oil temperature anywhere from 200 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
The MoTak FF40LP fryer unit measures 151/2 inches wide, 30 inches deep, and 467/10 inches high and has three burners. The frying vat has a cool zone that promotes durability and maintains food quality. The full unit sits of four adjustable 6-inch legs.
