MoTak MHP-2H-I-S Description
Made of aluminum, the MoTak MHP-2H-I-S heated proofer and holding cabinet absorbs and transfers heat effectively, while its insulated design works to keep hot temperatures locked in. This design, paired with two Dutch doors, ensures foods remain heated or proofing for prolonged periods of time. The split-door design of this unit promotes sectioned heating, so line cooks can open one door to examine the cooking process without interfering with the other cabin. Additionally, this space includes LED lighting to encourage visibility, and the overall unit features corner bumpers to help prevent external damages. To increase mobility, this piece of equipment is finished with four 5-inch casters that ease transportation and maneuvering as required.
The MoTak MHP-2H-I-S food warming unit provides proofing and heating modes to most kitchen settings. While the proofing mode offers 30 to 50 percent humidity and 115-degree-Fahrenheit temperatures, the heating mode reaches a maximum of 180 degrees Fahrenheit. These temperatures can be monitored with the simple-to-read LED thermostat and remain consistent with its forced-air circulation. This unit?s control drawer is removable to encourage in-depth cleaning after services.
