MoTak MECO-1-208 Description
To maximize production in high-traffic establishments, the MoTak MECO-1-208 convection oven features a 281/2-inch-wide by 211/2-inch-deep by 20-inch-high interior. This unit houses five shelves, which are chrome plated for added strength and sturdiness. Great for baking pastries or classic favorites like rotisseries, this unit’s shelves can be adjusted in 11/2-inch increments. The interior cabinet offers a porcelain enamel design, reducing the appearance of stains or scratches, and after use, it can simply be wiped clean. Because the front, sides, and top are made of stainless steel, it minimizes the look of scratches and other abrasions. This unit remains stable utilizing steel legs attached to adjustable bullet feet.
This MoTak MECO-1-208 full-size electric convection oven offers solid-state digital controls on a control panel, which also features a cook timer, cook temperature, and other variables crucial to this unit’s operation. Temperatures can be set between 150 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit, and the timer can be set to 60 minutes. Once the ideal conditions are met, this oven communicates to users with a temperature-ready light. The 1/2-horsepower fan motors and burners cease operation when the unit’s independent doors are opened. Each door is fitted with double-pane glass, effectively locking in heat.
