MoTak MST-48 46 7/8″ Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The MoTak MST-48 prep table holds 12 sixth-size, 4-inch-deep pans in its top compartment (pans included). Two PVC-coated shelves in the cabinet base provide additional storage space. The full-length, 0.4-inch-thick cutting board on top is ideal for prepping sandwich and salad ingredients.

The MoTak MST-48 prep table can be set to maintain temperatures from 34 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit and uses R290 refrigerant to achieve and hold those. The table?s solid-state thermostat control offers user-friendly programming, has self-diagnostics, and includes a digital thermostat readout. The unit comes on factory-mounted casters that enable staff to reposition the unit for workflow changes or just cleaning, and two of the casters have brakes to secure the unit in place.
